Transitional Living is a sober living facility for men in Nashville, Tennessee. It was started in 2001 with a capacity of 4 beds and has grown to a 30 bed capacity in 7 houses. The property encompasses five acres and borders the Cumberland River. The site is approximately 4 miles from downtown Nashville.

As part of recovery, attendance in 12-step programs is required, and each resident is encouraged to have a 12-step sponsor.

Generally men enter the program after completing thirty days of inpatient treatment. Our facility is also used by several drug court programs.
